At Anya Hindmarch, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in the original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring the Anya Hindmarch dust bags and protective materials are included.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

Drop Off or Collection

Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary collection through our returns portal.
